Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 30 days of your received purchase for a refund. After 30 days, we will consider any items for return depends on the reasons please kindly contact us if any. Proof of purchase required.


Returns & Exchanges through US mail are $6.50 per package or FREE if you used a FREE RETURN LABEL provided by us when you contact us for the return request. You cannot return your item(s) to our store directly.

Frequently Asked Questions

When can I expect a refund? 

Returns by mail can take up to 2-3 weeks to process.  

In most cases, we will refund the original payment method. Gift recipients will receive a Return Gift Card.

I don’t have an order number; can I still make a return online?

If you’re returning from an order you placed yourself, please log in to your account, find your order and copy your order number and send us via email so that you can start a return. 

Another option is to  log in with your email address  which will bring up all orders associated with that email address

If those options don’t work, contact us at 405-701-9533, and we can try to locate your order number.   

If you are returning a gift and don’t have a packing slip that was included in your package or a store gift receipt with an order/transaction number, contact us at 405-701-9533.

Any reasons my return won’t be accepted?

To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange (even within 30-day of delivery) in certain situations. 

Please review our special conditions below.

  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
  • Products showing excessive wear and tear. Products differ, but generally, wear and tear is considered excessive if the product is nearing the end of its practical use, or just looks heavily worn.
  • Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
  • Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced
  • Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction
  • Products that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been properly cleaned
  • Returns on ammunition, either in our stores or through the mail
  • On rare occasions, past habitual abuse of our Return Policy
  • Products purchased from other brands not affiliated with our store or third-party sellers (Items purchased at one of our retail partners must be returned to them and are subject to their return policies).
